If you are here looking for the shoot information, you must log in with the information we gave you when you received your check in number. Do not use the forgot login button as it will only return the information to update your profile NOT the info to get to the extra's information sheet!

IMPORTANT NOTICE

NOTE- if you have been booked and can't find the pages you need , you probably logged in with your personal log in. 

To get to the information, you must first log out and then log in again with the login information we gave you when we booked you! The login info we give you when we book you is the only way to see the information we're posting for you.

Your personal log in is to update your profile only.

Registration Information

VERY IMPORTANT!

Your photo upload should be framed so that you look like this. Shots where you are too small in the picture will be refused. If you are registering for a family, be sure that we can see everyone clearly from waist up. You must register with ALL of the information we ask for. incomplete profiles will not be approved.

Please use a horizontal format , featuring only YOU that resembles the image you see here.

Each profile requires a unique email address.

If you are under 18, you must register at the same time as your parents. Your profile cannot be approved without your parents information on your profile AND their profiles submitted.

If you are a parent registering your children, each member requires their own profile (and email address-see below), however, each profile will need a reference to the others in your household in the notes section. Please clarify the this in the section asking what type of registration this is AND put their names and ages in the notes section.

 

IMPORTANT: We cannot approve a minor's profile without the parents profile. Parents register yourself first and reference your child's name in your profile, then submit a registration for your child so that both profiles are submitted for approval at the same time. Be sure to include your name and phone number in your child's profile in the section that asks for it. Additionally, each profile requires a unique email address. if you don't have an email address for your child, we suggest you set one up at one of the free email services that will let you forward that to your own email account. (gmail is a good one)

If you are a parent registering multiple members of your household and cannot create emails for your minor children, then, register yourself, and make a note of the childrens names and ages in the NOTES section, then mail in the printed registration forms for the rest. You can get those via the link on the left Register the old way. ALL of the minor children's profiles should have the parent/guardian's name and number on them.
